Villa Marta with pool is located directly by the sea on the coast above Charco verde beach
A small walkway leads directly down to it from the resort.
The popular bathing bay has already been awarded the EU Blue Flag several times thanks to its cleanliness, sustainable maintenance and facilities. Here you will also find a kiosk with fish dishes, snacks, cold drinks, ice cream and coffee.
There is a bus stop about 200 m from the resort. However, we recommend a rental car so that you can easily explore other regions of the island. The small village of El Remo is about 3 km away.
Palm trees and tropical plants grow on the well-kept grounds of Villa Marta. Here you have an outdoor barbecue kitchen as well as the large freshwater pool and an outdoor shower at your disposal. The sound of the ocean and the salt in the air immediately put you in a holiday mood. Here you can really relax and experience stunning sunsets.
The seven nicely furnished, ground-level flats are arranged around the planted patio.
They each offer one bedroom for two persons, only Apt. 1 is equipped with two bedrooms. All units also have a living room with integrated kitchen and dining table, bathroom with shower and a furnished terrace. You can see the sea from all terraces (Apt. 1: sea view only in front of the terrace in the garden area), but you only have a direct sea view from Apt. 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
- Flats 1, 2 and 3 are located on the garden side of the complex.The sea view is to the side (from the terrace), but there is still some space to the garden to the front. Apt. 3 is closest to the sea. These accommodations are each equipped with a sofa.
- The flat with the most private terrace is Apt. 4, located at the head of the building.
It faces south, towards the beach / Fuencaliente, directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The furnishings here also include a sofa.
- Apartments 5, 6 and 7 are located on the other side of the building - they have a direct sea view.
Their terraces have a little less space towards the front and the flats are each furnished with two wicker armchairs (instead of a sofa).

The Villa Marta complex offers:

Bed linen and towel change once a week included, further linen changes and intermediate cleaning on request and for an extra fee.
